SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Berserk Studios.

We work with a mix of in-stock, small-batch, made-to-order, and 3D printed hand-finished products. Because of that, processing and fulfillment times may vary by item.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times vary depending on the product purchased. Any estimated processing or production timeframe listed on the product page, invoice, or order confirmation is our good-faith estimate.

In-stock items typically ship faster than made-to-order or production-based items. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, high package volume, mechanical issues, service interruptions, customs delays, or other events outside our control.

3. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Berserk Studios is not responsible for loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from that error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives severely damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at berserkclients@protonmail.com and include:

- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the internal packaging materials
- a photo of the shipping label

We will review the issue and provide next-step guidance. Any accommodation, including carrier claim assistance, repair, replacement, partial refund, or other resolution, will be determined at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED-DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, it is considered delivered.

Berserk Studios is not responsible for stolen packages, missing packages after confirmed delivery, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will provide next-step guidance based on the available tracking information.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If we offer international shipping, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other country-specific charges imposed after shipment.

Berserk Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import procedures.

7. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.

8. ORDER STATUS

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, if available, once the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.
