RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by law.

Because many Berserk Studios items are made-to-order, small-batch, 3D printed, and hand-finished in our studio, minor variation in texture, finish, seam lines, surface detail, and color is normal and does not constitute a defect.

We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, minor handmade or production variation, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives severely damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at berserkclients@protonmail.com and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the internal packaging materials
- a photo of the shipping label

We will review the issue and provide next-step guidance. Any accommodation, including a repair, replacement, carrier claim assistance, partial refund, or other resolution, will be determined at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered to the address provided by the customer. Berserk Studios is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
